Basic Chain Transfers

Demo3D chain transfers lift and drive, and are simple to configure. Place the transfer where you need it to be, then set the transfer duration as well as the delay after the sensor is triggered and before the action takes place.

The user specifies the number of transfer bands, the height of the transfer, the transfer speed, etc.

Chain Transfer With Sort

This is a variation on the above model. It includes a load filter which states that Red Loads should be transferred to the second conveyor section, whilst everything else continues on the first conveyor.

Transfer Car

Demo3D transfer cars can be configured to offload at as many destinations as you like, with a load filter built in to separate different products. Shuttle cars change to creep speed once they get within a certain distance of their drop off point.

Pallet Transfer

With a simple chain transfer element and a Chain Transfer Sensor users can create their own one, two, or three way transfer diverts. The sensor includes a filter to identify which loads are sorted in which direction.
